SENIOR MANAGER, FINANCIAL PLANNING ⁄ ANALYSIS – NEW ENGLAND
Candidates must have 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning in a large RETAIL corporation. Base salary could go to low six figures.

DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT – USA
Responsibilities:
- Manages the processing of merchandise to ensure that volumes of goods are processed through the Distribution Center maintaining standards of quality, efficiency and cost–effectiveness.
- Ensures adequate standards of morale conducive to maintaining high levels of motivation for all associates while being involved in the performance appraisal process.
- Develops manpower and production plans. Plans and monitors budgets.
Requirements:
- Minimum seven years supervisory experience; 300 people or more.
- Ten years distribution experience preferred or previous work experience in a high volume production environment.
- Must have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and flexibility. Must be able to delegate, motivate, plan, and prioritize.
- Bachelor′s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Ideally, candidates should have the following:
- 10–12 years DC experience, 18 as a max.
- Have run at least a 250,000 sq. ft. DC.
- Have had at least 300 reports.
- Union experience is a plus but not necessary.
- Most important – candidates should be able to run a building (DC) within 24 months.
- Be flexible on relocation.
- Total compensation can be very attractive to include a base to low 6 figures, bonuses, a full and generous relocation package, and good benefits, too.
SENIOR DIRECTOR ⁄ HR – SOUTHEAST
Must have talent management and organization development experience. This position will report to the #1 HR person. Compensation is commensurate with experience and can go to $130,000 plus bonus.
DIRECTOR, IT ENGINEERING & CUSTOMER SUPPORT – NEW ENGLAND
A growing global retail chain seeks an IT Engineering and Customer Support Director to ensure the highest level of customer service in the Point of Sale and Production systems user community. Will manage the Operations Team to ensure IT server and network technology infrastructure meets business needs while operating at the highest level of security and efficiency. Handle budget, scheduling, time management and performance. Manage Production Support issues. Communicate hardware, software and services vendor evaluations, purchasing and issues. Prepare performance evaluations of Systems Engineers, Help Desk and Network Operations Center Technicians.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years IS experience, 5 of which must be in IT Management in a RETAIL organization.
- 5 + years purchasing of technology relate products / services with 2+ years of eCommerce and telecommunications experience.
- Experienced in managing a 365/24 x 7 operation with Active Directory, AS400, back office, DBAs and Disaster Planning and Recovery. Help Desk management and ITIL experience is essential.
- Extensive POS (point of sale), SOX and Service Desk Operations background is mandatory.
- RETAIL background desired.

MANAGER, DESKTOP IT ENGINEERING SERVICES – NEW ENGLAND
A growing global retail chain seeks a Desktop IT Engineering Services Manager to ensure IT server and network technology infrastructure needs are meet with the highest level of security and efficiency. Manage server/network engineering and Help Desk to meet SLA. Develop, implement and enforce policies, procedures and controls to maximize security. Manage Change Management and Applications Development support. Participate in Planning, Business Continuity, New Technology Analysis and Expense Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years Systems Engineering and purchasing of technology related products and services with a total of 10 years in IT.
- Must have excellent background in physical, network, applications and data security.
- In-depth knowledge of and experience with security and licensing policies and procedures to ensure financial integrity.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
OVP/CIO – NORTHEAST US AREA
Exciting opportunity to lead in the planning and strategy for IT for a retail business expanding globally. Multi-functional support responsibilities for IT and Data Communications. Responsible for all phases of systems design, programming, implementations and operations. Work with corporate officers to set short- and long-term strategic objectives while providing management to achieve profits, growth or other goals of the organization. Review and evaluate project feasibility studies based on management′s requirements and priorities. Report to C-level officer. Maintain an environment in which manpower training, turnover, compensation and growth adequately match the organization′s needs. Achieve desired results through the use of budgets, proper contracts and efficient decision making. Manage several direct reports, often including department heads.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be at Director level at a large retail chain or at CIO level.
- Candidates must be up-to-date on website development and social networking as it will relate to increasing business. This, as well as RETAIL IT management are absolute MUSTS!!!
- Experience interfacing with C-level executives and making boardroom presentation is required.
- Must be strategic in nature and have vendor product evaluation, budgetary and staff management background along with very strong negotiation skills.
- Midrange computing experience is desired.
Compensation is commensurate with experience to include base, bonus, car allowance and options.
SENIOR MERCHANDISING DIRECTOR – SOUTH
Large chain seeks unique individual to provide merchandising recommendations and business case to home office.
- Evaluate store execution of company merchandising programs at business unit level to ensure effectiveness and identify gaps by conducting store visits.
- Develop business plans and solutions by partnering, consulting and coordinating with the Home Office Merchandising Support Team and developing project plans, timelines and resource requirements.
- Provide supervision to Divisional Merchandising Directors and Regional Merchandising Managers by assigning appropriate duties.
- Provide overall direction for Merchandising by analyzing business objectives and customer needs, developing, communicating, building support for and implementing business strategies, plans and practices.
- Promote a Customer-focused environment. Create and maintain an environment that provides customers with desired products, services and experiences.
Minimum qualifications: 3 years of multi-unit retail management experience with P&L responsibility; bachelor’s degree in business AND 4 years of retail management experience or 4 years of merchandising or buying experience OR 6 years of merchandising buying experience.
Preferred qualifications: both retail management AND merchandising or buying experience.
Obviously depending on experience, base compensation could go to $200,000 plus.
GMM – EAST COAST
Candidates should be a DMM or GMM with experience in Hardlines (e.g., seasonal, toys, etc., etc.). Sourcing experience is a must. Compensation will be commensurate with experience for this very, very successful chain.
VP ⁄ GM – MIDWEST
Very stringent requirements including both Field Operations and Corporate Buying/Merchandising experience. The ideal candidate is probably a GMM who is upwardly mobile and has extensive Hardlines experience. This is a job with a BIG responsibility for leading merchandising activities.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
