As the search begins, we remain in contact with you to whatever extent is necessary. Here is an outline of the steps involved:

• Conduct prescreening phone interviews of all possible candidates.
• Narrow the field of candidates to qualified people.

3) Negotiations

As the search narrows and draws to a close, we recommend that we act as a liaison between you and the finalist during compensation negotiation.
